At Little Garden Nursery we fully appreciate the enormous privilege and responsibility entailed with being entrusted with your most treasured possessions- your children.

We aim to provide a loving nurturing environment in which your child will feel secure, happy, comfortable and one which will meet all their individual needs. we actively foster their independence and promote the development of a positive self image. We aim to work closely with parents, carers and onward schools to ensure the best possible outcomes for your child. We aim to provide outstanding level of care and early years education for your child.

An overview of our nursery.

little Garden Nursery is purpose designed within a light spacious building. We are surrounded by a garden which allows our children to spend so much time as they wish in the open air. We believe the outside environment is as important as the inside,direct access to our garden allows them to flow freely between both areas in all weather.

Our staff provide a well balance educational programme based upon the child’s interest and statutory Early Years Curriculum. We provide them with a wide range of natural materials allowing open ended play and learning opportunities. whilst they are with us we nurture them as part of an extended family.

our owner and manager has a degree in Early Years childhood studies. She has served many years at senior management level in a very large nursery. Additionally has a wealth of experience offering high quality provision as an Early Years practitioner.

One of the qualified member of staff has NVQ 3 and the other one has level 4 in leadership and management and a number of years experience as an Early Years practitioners. we also employed a carefully selected Apprentice Early Years practitioner who is working towards level 3.

our children have access to a wide range of additional activities which include dance, drama and sport such as yoga.

A range of well balanced nutritious meals are available and these are cooked on the premises.

our baby room has been thoughtfully arranged to offer access to a wide range of heuristic materials, sand,water, dough, books and mark making opportunities. children who need to sleep during the day have individual beds,sheets and blankets, which we launder every week.
